SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Hats are expensive to ship. It's true. I have to make sure that you have a crush-resistant box, add some tissue to help keep the shape, and then make sure that the Post Office can get it to you in a reasonable time frame.  There was a great explanation from a lady on eBay - Click here if you'd like to read it.

I have put a blanket $10/hat on shipping, currently. I will adjust the pricing of shipping
as I have time to go to post office & weigh.

If you'd like to buy multiple hats, there will be some leveraging of the shipping costs,
so it would be best to email me at hats@mrspetershats.com

 

RETURNS

My policy is that I'll accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
You will be responsible for the costs of shipping both ways as this is a cost I cannot recoup.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

I use Paypal as my "shopping cart", you have my email Hats@MrsPetersHats.com. I will respond to any emails or orders within 24 hours, and typically get the item shipped within 48 hours. As soon as I get to the post office, I'll email you with the tracking id.

I use Paypal for my merchant account and shopping cart. This is on a secure server. You don't actually have to have a Paypal account, as they will process credit cards without requiring a sign in.

Your privacy is important to me. I will happily share whatever you'd like to post on the Facebook Page, other than that, I will not sell your contact information to anyone, and I will not market other items to you.
